LULÚ Plantain Chip Tropical Salsa

Ingredients:

• LULU Plantain Strips
• Mango, diced
• Pineapple, diced
• Red bell pepper, finely diced
• Red onion, finely chopped
• alapeño, minced (optional)
• Fresh cilantro, chopped
• Lime juiced
• Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine mango, pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro.
2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt; mix well.
3. Serve the tropical salsa in a bowl surrounded by LULU Plantain Strips for dipping.
